A. Lawyers, Barristers and/or Attorneys

If you are interested to join e-Court as a lawyer, barrister and/or attorney you can easily do so with your profile via the top right hand registration button. Whilst registration is free, we do charge a nominal fee to belong to the 'first choice' listing. This listing is used to recommend legal professionals on a preferred basis. During the pre-registration period this charge is just C$680. The "first-choice" listing consists of an one-page write-up about your firm and your experiences including picture, etc.

Registration in 'general' is only available to professionals who currently provide commercial legal work including those who work in collection agencies, legal insurance and those who provide free legal assistance.

B. Solicitors and Notaries

Interested to join as a solicitor or notary ? then please complete the top right hand registration button and in addition send us your supporting email to: info@e-court.ca. There are no registration fees for Solicitors and Notaries.

C. Judges

Interested to join as a judge ? then please view application & selection. There are no registration fees for Judges.

D. Bailiffs

Interested to join as a bailiff ? then please complete the top right hand registration button and in addition send us your supporting email to: info@e-court.ca. There are no registration fees for Bailiffs.

E. Companies and other organizations

Do you or your company/organization wish to control its costs and maintain a predictable path to solve current and/or future conflicts ? If yes, then ensure you mention in your contracts and rules, terms of operations that all disputes will be settled through e-Court. Make certain you always refer to e-Court and your member logo. We welcome receiving your registration.

APPLICABLE TO ALL APPLICANTS

Upon verification & approval of your application, your registration will be activated and you shall be entitled to display the member vignette on your letter heading and website.
